Multi Purpose Retort Sealed Quench Furnace

Multipupose electric chamber furnace with controlled atmosphere enables the application of modern technologies of heat treatment of charge within the range of temperatures 650-1000oC.

Heat treatment process is carried out in air-tight chamber, without any air access from outside. Inside the chamber there is forced atmosphere circulation within atmosphere mixer for improvement the uniformity of charge heating in the utilization area and provides contact of all its faces with an atmosphere and levels out the furnace composition over the entire volume of the furnace. For the furnace atmosphere, these furnaces provide the option of using Endothermic gas, Nitrogen-Methanol or Fine Carburising Process. Hardening processes take place in the oil tank which is placed in front part of the plant. Charge can be cooled in the upper part of furnace vestibule.
