Bell Type Furnaces

Bell Furnaces give you flexible, efficient performance in a variety of heat-treating applications. The fast heating rate, heavy load capacity, and reliable operation help you achieve fast turnaround and high productivity. The furnace is very simple and economical to operate, and is available in a wide range of sizes.

The applications range up to 1250oC, with endothermic, exothermic, or nitrogen atmospheres. This furnace enables you to handle various heat treatment applications efficiently and economically. This Furnace is differ from shuttle kiln type furnace. Bell is Vertical lifting and lowering type with good sealing. Lifting and Lowering is by electro mechanical system with Gear motor and counter balance system..

Material is loaded on car hearth. Material Charging and discharging by manually systems. Furnace Temperature control automatically by Temperature Programmer, PID Temperature Controller.

Car Bell Type Furnace is suitable in operation, loading, unloading and proper sealing and energy efficient compare to shuttle kiln furnace.
